1. Agreement Overview

This Agreement is entered into between the user (“you”) and Shenzhen Dingxin Zhenyan Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the use of the HoomFoxee APP and related services.
By using HoomFoxee, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

HoomFoxee provides users with the following services, including but not limited to:

• Smart camera device management
• Real-time and recorded video viewing
• Cloud storage
• AI detection
• Two-way voice communication

The Company may update or adjust the services based on business needs.

3. Account Registration and Management

• Users must register an account to access the full range of features.
• Users must ensure that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or lent to others.
• If abnormal risks or suspicious activities are detected, HoomFoxee has the right to temporarily restrict account functionality.

4. User Conduct Requirements

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Violating others’ privacy, portrait rights, or similar rights
• Engaging in illegal surveillance or covert recording
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the APP or devices
• Uploading or disseminating unlawful content
• Capturing sensitive personal data of others through the camera

Users must ensure that installation and usage of the camera comply with applicable laws and that the privacy of others is fully respected.

5. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Certain features, such as cloud storage, are paid services.

• Users may purchase subscriptions through: Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• PayPal

HoomFoxee does not store or access users’ payment account information.

6. Service Interruptions & Disclaimer

HoomFoxee shall not be liable for service issues caused by:

• Device hardware malfunctions
• Internet service provider failures
• User misuse or improper operation
• Force majeure events (such as earthquakes, fires, or natural disasters)

7. Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, trademarks, and design elements of HoomFoxee are the property of Shenzhen Dingxin Zhenyan Technology Co., Ltd.
Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify any part of the APP without prior written consent.

8. Termination of Agreement

This Agreement may be terminated under any of the following circumstances:

• The user deletes or cancels their account
• The user engages in illegal or prohibited activities using the device or APP
• The Company is required by law or regulatory authorities to suspend or terminate services

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply, those laws shall prevail. Disputes may be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in your place of residence, or resolved according to platform-specific rules where applicable.
